12mm Rubber Feet provide a compact rubber contact element for a custom support arrangement. The nominal 12 mm size should be related to the actual part geometry before matching a replacement, because the label alone does not establish the diameter, height or mounting detail. The retained profile and contact base both need to suit the item being supported.
Compare the full foot with the available mounting space, including the depth of any recess. A small difference in seated height can change whether nearby parts touch the surface beneath the item. Custom dimensions, material and color allow the foot to follow that installation. Check the complete set of supports on a flat surface after fitting, and make sure the item does not rock around one high contact point. Keep debris away from these small bases, where a hard particle can become a significant portion of the contact. When a foot wears unevenly, inspect its seating before assuming that all compact rubber feet of the same nominal size will fit.
The photos show a reference foot design and material. ETOL's factory can customize silicone and rubber feet with the mounting hole, height and contact footprint your equipment needs, including non-standard shapes.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
