Custom rubber feet for table installations provide the intended rubber contact beneath a completed table. Their fit should be evaluated after the frame and legs are secured, since assembly alignment can change how each foot meets the floor. A loose sample fitted to one leg does not show the contact of the full table.
Select the shape, dimensions and material around the leg attachment and supporting surface. Keep the seating depth consistent where the design uses matching feet, and check for obstructions that prevent one part from reaching its intended position.
Place the assembled table on a suitable level surface and inspect all contact points. If it rocks, examine the frame, leg alignment and foot seating before changing a single foot's thickness. During routine relocation, lift the table appropriately rather than dragging the rubber across the floor. Remove grit from the contact faces after positioning, and replace worn or loose feet before the underlying leg or hardware reaches the supporting surface.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A loose sample fitted to one leg does not show the contact of the full table. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
