A 25mm rubber cover offers a nominal size for closing or covering a matching component. Before choosing it, identify whether the stated diameter belongs to the outside profile, the cavity or the mating opening. These dimensions serve different purposes and cannot be substituted for one another.
Check the depth available inside the cover and the length of the end it will receive. A shallow cavity may prevent complete seating on a projecting component, while excessive depth can leave the desired contact undefined. The surrounding clearance also needs to accommodate the head or lip.
ETOL offers custom material, hardness and color options for this profile. Evaluate the cover on the actual mating part and inspect the entrance for distortion after fitting. Avoid forcing it over sharp edges or using a tool to stretch a size mismatch into place. When removing it for maintenance, keep the cavity clean before refitting. A worn cover should be replaced by its full fitted specification rather than by the 25 mm designation alone.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
