Share the part, its application and your estimated quantity.

Selected for the contact, temperature and movement
Define the visible surfaces and intended color
Develop holes, lips and walls around the mating parts
Match the attachment and installation method
A dustproof rubber cover with a special shape should align with the receiving feature before its edge is engaged. Unequal sides, corners, or recesses can make orientation essential, even where the rubber is flexible enough to be pushed on the wrong way. The fitted profile should cover the intended region without leaving a folded or unsupported edge.
Define the full outline, depth, and attachment or retaining surfaces. Check access for fitting and removal in the completed assembly. Select the compound for the actual temperature, substances, and cleaning conditions at the covered region.
Fit progressively around the intended seat without pulling from one narrow corner to align the rest. Inspect all transitions after installation, especially where adjacent hardware limits visibility. During maintenance, keep residue out of the contact path and check for tears at changes in section. If the surrounding component changes, reassess the custom outline instead of stretching the same cover across a revised feature that no longer supports it correctly.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A dustproof rubber cover with a special shape should align with the receiving feature before its edge is engaged. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
