An adhesive rubber anti slip pad has two distinct contact roles: one face bonds to a component, while the other meets the surface where unwanted sliding is to be limited. The design should suit both interfaces instead of treating the pad as a loose rubber mat.
ETOL can change the material, dimensions, structure, hardness and color. Identify the bonded substrate and the actual supporting surface, including the direction in which the item may move. The footprint should remain supported rather than projecting where an edge can catch.
Prepare the bonding area and follow the chosen adhesive's application and bond-development conditions. Assess sliding on the intended surface after the pad is properly attached. Keep the exposed face clean and inspect for grit that could affect contact. If the item shifts, determine whether the rubber is sliding on the support or the adhesive is moving on its substrate. Address the affected interface before replacing or repositioning the pad, rather than hiding a failed bond beneath another layer.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. If the item shifts, determine whether the rubber is sliding on the support or the adhesive is moving on its substrate. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
