An Air Squeeze Bulb Pump needs a mounting location that allows its working body to deform without being pressed against surrounding hardware. Clearance should account for the shape during a squeeze, not just the outline of the bulb at rest. An adjacent wall can restrict one side and change the way the user loads the chamber.
Consider the hand approach and the routing of both connections where the selected design has them. Keep tubing out of the region the hand closes around, and avoid a layout that encourages users to grip a narrow neck because the main body is difficult to reach. The custom molded profile can be developed around this available operating space.
Try a representative installation sequence and operating cycle in the finished enclosure. If access is poor, revise the position or surrounding clearance rather than expecting greater hand force to compensate. The connected system still determines the required pumping behavior and must be evaluated with its chosen valves and passages. During maintenance, check for contact marks from nearby parts that would not appear when the bulb is inspected only as a loose component.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
