A rubber feet protector for an aluminium folding step ladder must fit the rail while allowing the ladder to open and close as intended. The outside shape deserves attention alongside the inside dimensions: a bulky replacement can contact an adjacent rail or catch when the ladder is folded for storage.
Check the complete folding sequence with the protectors installed. Look at the gap between opposing feet, the position of any locking mechanism and the way the ladder rests when stored. Neither folding pressure nor routine carrying should dislodge the rubber from the rail end. The cap depth should also suit the available straight section of the aluminium profile.
Custom sizing and material selection allow the foot to be matched to the ladder construction. Evaluate floor contact only with the ladder fully opened and secured in its normal working position. Remove dirt from the sole before use, and inspect for splits caused by sharp rail edges. If a protector repeatedly works loose, review the attachment geometry instead of simply forcing the same part farther onto the rail.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
