Microwave rubber feet are replacement support components that must correspond to the appliance's base attachment. Before choosing a custom profile, establish how the original foot is retained and what access the appliance's service procedure permits. The visible pad is only one part of that connection.
A fastened version needs hardware that seats correctly without projecting into unintended internal space. Another retaining form may engage a recess or molded feature instead. Do not infer the attachment method from the outside shape or substitute a screw simply because a hole is visible in the base.
Follow the appliance's designated replacement process and use the evaluated configuration for that model. Check the receiving area for damage if the old foot became loose; a new rubber body cannot correct a failed base feature. The compound should suit the temperature and cleaning exposure at that location. After reassembly, confirm that the appliance rests on all intended supports and that the fitted component stays clear of base openings. Avoid compensating for an insecure foot by stacking pads beneath the appliance.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The microwave foot attachment needs clearance inside the appliance base as well as a supported contact below it. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
