An aluminum window rubber gasket follows a sealing interface within the window frame assembly. The aluminum profile, corner arrangement and mating component determine the shape required. A gasket that fits along a straight section still needs to remain properly seated where the frame changes direction or meets another part.
Select the rubber compound for the exposure at that position, including outdoor conditions and the cleaning products used on the frame. Develop the profile around the actual channel or contact face, and check the available movement when the window closes or is assembled.
Fit the gasket without stretching a length to reach the next corner. Keep the frame's designed drainage and operating features clear, and inspect the contact path after surrounding trim is installed. For replacement, compare the intended profile with the channel rather than relying only on an aged piece removed from it. If a corner repeatedly pulls away, examine the joint geometry and installation length before using additional material to cover the gap.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
