A rubber window gasket seal must fit the particular frame and closing arrangement. The rubber seal profile needs to sit securely in its intended location while allowing the sash or closure to reach its normal position. Custom shaping is useful where the seating channel or contact path differs from a standard section.
Corners deserve as much attention as straight lengths. A section that stretches around a turn can pull away elsewhere, and a raised corner may prevent even closure. Check the installed contact around the full frame, including areas near hinges and locking points where the closing force may differ.
Material selection should reflect the actual exposure, cleaning products, and movement of the window. The finished profile should not require excessive closing force to compensate for a poor fit. During maintenance, remove dirt from the contact surface and inspect for displaced sections before adjusting the hardware. A replacement should match the working cross section as well as the visible outline, since a similar looking gasket can occupy a different amount of space when compressed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
