An Anti dust cover protects an unused USB area with a custom silicone cap. Its shape should account for the whole local layout, including buttons, indicator windows or other openings beside the connection. The protective cover should not become an obstruction when the rest of the device is being used.
Check the cap with the device fully assembled. A wide removal edge may be convenient in isolation but cover a neighboring feature once fitted. Choose the outer profile and gripping area around that space, while keeping the inserted or retained region matched to the USB opening. Structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color can be customized. Before each replacement, remove debris from the cap itself so its protective surface does not carry dirt into the port. Withdraw it by the intended grip rather than pulling across an adjacent control. If the cover deforms enough to interfere with another function, review its fit and replace the part instead of trimming its edge during routine use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
