USB Waterproof Caps need a fitted perimeter around the port area if the closure is intended to exclude moisture. The silicone cover should be developed for the actual enclosure surface, including any recess, raised rim or corner profile. Structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color can be customized for that interface.
Check that the contact band reaches its intended surface before another part of the cap bottoms against the housing. A flush appearance at the center may conceal a gap at one corner. Evaluate the closure with the complete enclosure under its intended exposure; a cover's title does not assign an ingress class to the device. During handling, use the removal area rather than picking at the sealing perimeter with a sharp object. Clean trapped particles away before refitting, and inspect the corners for a fold or nick. If the cover no longer settles naturally, replace the fitted part instead of relying on extra pressure against the port to hold one edge closed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
