An Anti dust USB cap protects an unused Micro USB area with a fitted silicone cover. Because the part is small and removed whenever the connection is used, its temporary storage needs to keep the protective surface clean. A cap carrying dust back into the port defeats the purpose of replacing it.
Place the removed cover away from loose hardware and dirty recesses, and inspect its inserted area before refitting. Align it with the intended connector profile instead of pushing it in at an angle. Custom size, material and color can suit the device's port and surrounding housing. Keep the removal edge accessible so the cap can be withdrawn without a pointed tool. If it falls or becomes contaminated, clean it using a method appropriate to the finished material and let it dry before reuse. Check for tears at the narrow end after repeated handling. Replace a damaged cap with the correct version for the opening rather than using a near match that must be forced into place.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
