A rubber bumper pad provides a flexible contact face at a chosen support or stop location. With adhesive backing, the pad is held against its mounting surface while the exposed rubber meets the adjoining part. Custom sizing lets the footprint follow the useful contact area.
Consider the direction in which the adjoining part moves. A straight landing places a different force on the pad from a sliding approach that catches its edge. Position and profile should keep routine contact away from an unsupported corner that can begin to peel.
The adhesive needs a stable, clean substrate with enough flat area for complete contact. Press the pad evenly into place and check that no portion overhangs the seat. Grip at the exposed face depends on the contacting surface and its condition, so keep both sides of the working interface free of loose contamination. Inspect the bond if the pad starts shifting, and review the contact direction before replacing it in exactly the same position.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
