An antislip rectangular pad offers a rubber contact area for cushioning and reducing unwanted movement in a suitable assembly. Its longer outline can follow an elongated base, but the pad should support the region that actually carries contact rather than simply matching the outside dimensions of the item.
ETOL customizes size, structure, material, hardness and color. Identify underside ribs or recesses that might concentrate contact along a narrow edge and change compression.
Lay the pad on a clean surface without twisting it, then lower the mating part into position. Check along the long edges for buckling or unequal compression. Assess sliding and cushioning in the real arrangement, including the direction of any movement. Keep the pad free of trapped particles and inspect it if the supported item begins to lean or shift. Lift the item to reposition the pad instead of pulling one exposed end while it remains under load.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
