A silicone rubber feet plug for folding ladders forms part of a specific ladder-foot arrangement. Its internal fit and ground-contacting shape should correspond with the ladder design, including the angle at which the leg meets the supporting surface when correctly opened.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, hardness and color. Compare the leg end, locating features and intended retention before selecting the molded profile. A foot that fits the tube width may still seat incorrectly if its depth or contact angle differs.
Use the ladder design's specified replacement and installation procedure. Check the complete ladder with the appropriate feet fitted, ensuring that they reach their intended seats and remain clear of folding mechanisms. Evaluate the assembly's required support and contact behavior rather than relying on the rubber's appearance.
Inspect the feet before use for wear through the base, splits, trapped debris or loose retention. An affected foot should be replaced with the correct component before the ladder is used again. If one side wears unevenly, inspect the leg and mating geometry as well as the rubber. Do not trim the foot or add unplanned layers to correct a damaged or misaligned ladder structure.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A foot that fits the tube width may still seat incorrectly if its depth or contact angle differs. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
