A Nitrile rubber stopper can be developed around a nonstandard opening or contact point. The intended role should establish the working surfaces: a closure contacts the wall of an opening, while a bumper presents a surface to an approaching part. The custom profile should be built around that function rather than an approximate external shape.
For a closure, define the engagement depth and removal access. For a bumper, identify the contact direction and the clearance available as the rubber deforms. Keep the retained region supported in either arrangement. ETOL can customize the structure, dimensions, material, hardness and color to suit the application.
Select nitrile for the actual environment in which the finished part will work, including any contacting substances. Trial the part in the complete mating assembly and inspect the first contact marks. An isolated crease or cut can reveal a local edge that was not obvious from a nominal measurement. Correct that interface before continuing use, and preserve the evaluated profile and compound when a replacement is made.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
