Black rubber hole plugs close openings with a custom molded body. The nitrile-butadiene compound should be selected for the actual medium and temperature, while the profile follows the receiving bore. The black appearance can coordinate with a dark assembly without changing the dimensional requirements.
Check the opening at the intended seating depth, including any taper or internal step. A visible head that covers the hole may conceal a body that is too loose or too short. The accessible portion should permit the planned removal method without requiring a sharp tool against the sealing surface.
Fit the plug into a clean, smooth opening and inspect for tilting or uneven compression. Do not push it farther in to compensate for an unsuitable diameter. During reuse, examine the rubber for swelling, cuts, or permanent deformation that changes its fit. The selected nitrile compound is not universally compatible with every fluid, so replacement should preserve the specified material as well as the full profile. Inspect the receiving edge before installing another plug.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
