A chair leg floor protector places rubber between the end of a chair leg and the floor. Its cavity and external contact shape can be customized for the furniture, along with material, hardness and color. The fitting should remain seated on the leg as the chair is lifted, moved and returned to its normal position.
Floor contact depends on more than a soft surface. Grit trapped beneath a protector can remain against the floor as the chair moves, so periodic cleaning of the underside is part of practical care. Check the chosen compound on the intended floor finish under normal use conditions, including the cleaning products used in that area.
The bottom should contact the floor in the chair's installed position. If an angled leg makes only one edge touch, examine the tip geometry rather than forcing a straight fitting further onto the leg. Watch for thinning at that edge during service. When replacing a protector, match the cavity and installed height so the replacement does not leave the chair resting unevenly on its remaining feet.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
