Rubber tips for chair legs separate the hard leg ends from the floor through a molded silicone contact layer. The concealed surface inside each tip deserves attention because that is where the leg transfers its weight into the rubber. A sharp tube edge or uneven end can concentrate the load even when the outside of the tip looks correctly fitted.
Before installing a replacement, inspect the old part's interior. A narrow cut or deeply impressed edge can indicate a problem at the leg rather than general wear across the floor contact. Correct a damaging leg end through the chair's intended repair method before fitting fresh rubber over it.
The custom cavity and bottom section should support the actual leg shape at its working angle. After seating the tip, check that it remains attached when the chair is lifted and that the contact face does not roll onto one edge. Keep embedded grit out of the base during cleaning. If the same localized damage returns, examine the chair's stance and internal support relationship instead of choosing a thicker tip solely to hide the wear.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
