Silicone rubber feet should be selected around the actual equipment base rather than appearance or price alone. The mounting interface, installed height, and contact footprint determine how the product rests and how the feet remain attached during handling. A simple part can still affect the stance if one support fits differently from the others.
Check the available mounting areas and the weight distribution inside the equipment. Keep feet clear of openings and removable covers needed for service. The compound should suit the actual supporting surface, temperature, and cleaning exposure.
Fit the selected set fully and inspect for level contact without rocking or unintended housing contact. Assess the way the product is normally lifted, moved, or operated. During care, keep dirt away from the underside and check attachments for loosening. When replacing a damaged foot, preserve the intended dimensions and compare the remaining supports so the replacement does not create a height difference beside worn parts that have taken a different settled shape.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The mounting interface, installed height, and contact footprint determine how the product rests and how the feet remain attached during handling. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
