Silicone rubber tips for chair leg protection should stay seated when the chair is moved in its normal manner. Their compact form needs enough receiving depth to hold the leg without leaving a loose rim that rolls downward. A visually neat fit is not sufficient if the tip creeps away from the leg during use.
Check the leg profile across the area that enters the tip, including any widening above the end. The base should support the intended contact rather than fold to one side under an angled leg. The chosen silicone formulation should be assessed on the actual floor finish.
After fitting, reposition the chair normally and inspect the tips for movement. Repeated slipping is a reason to review the receiving dimensions instead of repeatedly pushing the same loose cover back on. During cleaning, check both the underside and rim for damage. Replace a tip before the leg becomes exposed, keeping the installed height compatible with the other feet so the chair remains stable.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
