A Colorful Rubber Handle can combine a custom grip shape with selected colors for a product's visual identity. The color layout and any molded logo should suit the hand-contact area while leaving the underlying grip geometry appropriate for the handle it covers.
ETOL offers custom size, hardness and engraved or embossed identification. Decide where the user normally holds the grip before positioning raised details. A logo that looks clear on the loose part may sit beneath a pressure point once the handle is used.
Evaluate the complete grip on its mating support, checking its effective diameter and the space available near the ends. The selected color arrangement should not substitute for the physical fit assessment or be used to identify interchangeable dimensions without checking them. During assembly, seat the cover without twisting the visible design out of position. Keep the contact surface clean with a compatible method, and inspect any raised feature for damage during care. Correct a shifting sleeve through its fit or retention rather than rotating it repeatedly to restore the preferred appearance.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The color layout and any molded logo should suit the hand-contact area while leaving the underlying grip geometry appropriate for the handle it covers. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
