Conductive built-in silicone single buttons combine an individual flexible key with a contact area for a matching circuit arrangement. They can provide a compact physical input where only one command is needed at a particular panel location. The underside contact and its rest gap are central to the design.
When the key is released, the contact must separate as intended by the circuit. Too little clearance can leave the input active after assembly, while too much travel can make the button difficult to operate. Housing tolerances, board position and rubber deformation all contribute to the final gap.
Inspect the part's locating features before fitting so the conductive area faces the correct target. Test the finished assembly for both a clear press response and a complete release. Keep the contact face free of fingerprints, debris and cleaning residue during handling. A conductive button does not act as a general-purpose power switch; its electrical use must match the circuit's design and the selected contact arrangement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
