A rubber push button silicone keypad gives industrial equipment a custom physical control layer. The button face must remain accessible above the panel, while the flexible region and supporting base need suitable space beneath it. The panel and internal mechanism should therefore be developed with the molded component.
Check the clearance below each operating position throughout the required stroke. Nearby ribs or brackets should support the base without pressing on the region that needs to move. The resting position must leave the mechanism ready for an intentional action rather than continuously loaded by the rubber.
Evaluate the control after the panel reaches its final assembled condition. Compare keys near fasteners with those farther away and confirm full return after release. Choose the material for the environment and cleaning process where the equipment operates. During fitting, keep the mat at its locating points and inspect the perimeter for trapped sections. Maintain the exposed surface through the finished equipment's care method, and check the keypad if servicing changes the support around it.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
