A carbon pill silicone rubber keypad needs its conductive elements aligned with the intended circuit contacts. The molded faces, flexible regions, and base should follow the complete device layout. Any vent or clearance feature specified in the keypad geometry also needs to remain in its designed position.
Check the support beneath each button and the space around the contact region. A key must travel and return without the base shifting across the board. An apparently centered face does not by itself show that the underside has reached the correct location.
Fit the keypad using its locating references and keep contacting surfaces free of particles. Do not cover or modify an opening simply because it appears unused in the loose mat. Evaluate the completed device through individual and adjacent presses. During servicing, inspect the flexible regions and restore the original orientation before checking every control. Use the matching molded and carbon-pill arrangement for replacement rather than selecting a similar keypad only by its visible button pattern.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
