Conductive silicone rubber buttons provide the flexible input parts for an electronic control assembly. Each button must work with its intended contact area while staying clear of neighboring inputs. Custom dimensions and color options allow the rubber layout to be developed around the required functions and the space in the enclosure.
Test the intended key individually, then check nearby keys while the first one is being operated. The supporting rubber should not pull a neighboring button down or keep it partially depressed. Where the equipment intentionally uses combinations of inputs, that behavior needs to be evaluated with the real circuit and housing rather than assumed from two keys working separately.
The listed hardness range is 20 to 80 Shore A. Select within it alongside the button profile and the required movement. Keep conductors, loose wires and enclosure features outside that movement area during assembly. After fitting the cover, repeat the input checks across the layout. This can reveal a local pressure point that was absent with the rubber placed loosely on the board, particularly near the edge of the housing or a fastening location.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
