Protective silicone rubber feet provide a fitted contact between furniture supports and the surface below. Custom dimensions and colors can suit a chair or shelf design, but the chosen version should match the particular support. A movable chair and a loaded shelf can impose different contact and retention needs.
For either arrangement, check the receiving member and the base contact separately. The foot must seat securely on its support while meeting the floor in the intended orientation. A cap that fits the tube can still leave the base tilted if the leg angle differs.
Choose the silicone formulation for the floor finish and cleaning conditions, then assess the loaded furniture on that surface. Keep grit from accumulating beneath the contact. During inspection, compare the feet for uneven wear or compression and check that none has moved from its seat. If furniture is relocated or reconfigured, review the support contact again. Use the matching foot profile for replacement rather than transferring a part from another furniture type simply because it slides onto the member.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
