A custom rubber pipe stopper closes a defined pipe opening with an EPDM profile selected for the receiving surface. The body, engagement length, and stopping area should match the pipe configuration. The intended closure role needs to be established before assessing its fitted behavior.
Identify the medium, temperature, and pressure conditions where relevant to the application. A protective closure for an open pipe end and a stopper forming part of an operating fluid boundary require different assessment. Select the EPDM formulation for those actual conditions. Remove burrs and deposits from the pipe before fitting, and check that the body reaches its intended seat without a folded edge or internal obstruction. Evaluate any required water containment in the complete pipe arrangement rather than assign a rating from the rubber material alone. During removal, use the designed handling surface and inspect the working profile before reuse. Replacement should preserve the original geometry and formulation for that exact pipe location.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
