A custom epoxy silicone keypad can be developed around a membrane switch interface and the intended visible key finish. The epoxy related surface design, molded silicone geometry and underlying actuation need to be considered together. Size, color and printed or molded identification can follow the control layout.
Check the finished key surface within the enclosure. Its height and edge shape should leave a usable pressing area without catching on the panel opening. The flexible section beneath it needs room to move and return, regardless of how firm the top surface feels to the finger.
Assess the complete keypad with its membrane switch and supporting board secured. Trial central and angled presses as well as transitions between neighboring controls. A loose appearance sample does not establish the actuation behavior of the assembled interface.
Choose the finished materials and markings for handling and cleaning conditions. Inspect surface edges and flexible boundaries during maintenance, and remove residue with a compatible method. If a button changes its response, distinguish surface damage from a trapped sheet or misaligned switching region. Performance and lifetime belong to the completed design under its actual use, rather than being inferred from an epoxy finish or a general supplier figure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
