Match the attachment and installation method
Conductive screen printing silicone keypads combine visible surface legends with an electrical input arrangement beneath the keys. The artwork and the underside layout need to identify the same functions throughout the molded part. Custom size, color and molded details allow the interface to suit the electronic product.
Match each printed symbol to its corresponding switch position before approving the layout. A change to the circuit board or key arrangement should be reflected in the artwork, rather than handled by moving the silicone pad slightly inside the housing. Keep the legends within the areas exposed by the bezel.
Hardness choices from 20 to 80 Shore A can be considered alongside the key geometry. Evaluate the completed control by following the intended operating sequence and confirming the response from each labeled key. During assembly, protect the printed face from scratching and the conductive underside from debris. After servicing, check less frequently used controls as well as the main buttons. A legible printed label is only useful when its key remains aligned and releases correctly in the assembled enclosure.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A change to the circuit board or key arrangement should be reflected in the artwork, rather than handled by moving the silicone pad slightly inside the housing. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
