A flexible rubber bellows dust cover surrounds a moving area with a series of deformable folds. Its ends and folded body can be customized for the equipment, including dimensions, compound, hardness and color. The design is intended to cover the required space while following the mechanism's movement.
The type of contamination around the equipment influences the layout. Fine dust, larger particles or sticky residue can settle differently between the folds. Position the cover so normal movement does not pack that material into a narrow gap or draw a dirty fold against the enclosed component. Space for cleaning is particularly useful where the cover remains fitted during maintenance.
Check the folded envelope at the shortest operating length. It needs room to gather without rubbing on a nearby edge, while the attachment areas should remain seated. At greater extension, observe whether the folds open progressively or one region takes most of the movement. Twisted installation can produce uneven folding and should be corrected before use.
Choose a compound compatible with the surrounding substances and the cleaning method. Remove deposits gently, keeping sharp tools away from the thin wall. Inspect areas that repeatedly contact each other, as well as the transitions into the end fittings, when checking the cover's condition.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
