A small rubber bushing needs the correct length between the adjacent parts that locate it. Custom molding allows that axial dimension to be developed with the outside seat and center passage. An apparently correct diameter cannot compensate for a sleeve that changes the assembly's closing position.
Measure the usable space and identify any shoulders or fastening features that control the final fit. The bushing should remain supported without protruding into a region intended to stay clear. Choose the material and hardness for the load, movement, and contact conditions at that location.
Install the component squarely and inspect both ends after the connected parts are positioned. Follow the intended fastening arrangement rather than compressing the rubber until the hardware appears to fit. During servicing, check for uneven end wear or a lasting change in length. Use a replacement with the required internal, external, and axial dimensions so that the original relationship between the mating components is maintained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
