Product Overview

A custom iphone protective case is developed around a specific phone's shape and control layout. The rubber cover can be customized in size and color, but successful fit depends on more than the outside height and width. Camera projections, button positions, connector access, and the shape of the corners all affect how the case sits on the device.

Begin with the exact model configuration. A closely related phone can have an opening in a different position or a different camera surround. The case should seat around all corners without being pulled diagonally to align a cutout. Buttons need enough freedom to operate and return, and the charging connection should remain usable with the intended plug fitted.

Coverage around the front edge should be reviewed with normal screen use. A raised edge or a thickened corner may affect access near the display boundary. If other accessories are used with the phone, their physical fit belongs in the same assessment. The material and geometry should also allow the cover to be removed for cleaning without repeatedly straining one narrow section.

Clean trapped particles from between the cover and phone, particularly around the corners and openings. Where moisture protection is required, evaluate the completed closure and every opening under the intended conditions. The custom cover does not establish compatibility with every iPhone model or a universal immersion rating.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. If other accessories are used with the phone, their physical fit belongs in the same assessment.
Custom geometry

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
