A transparent silicone O-ring needs the same precise match to its groove as an opaque seal. The section and installed diameter determine its contact, while the selected formulation determines suitability for the actual medium and temperature. Transparency alone does not establish purity, food contact suitability, or compatibility with the joint's environment.
Check the groove support and the gap in the direction of pressure where relevant. Keep the fitting route clear of sharp threads or shoulders. A custom flat gasket requires different face dimensions and should not be substituted for the round section ring based on overall diameter.
Install the ring without twist on clean surfaces and inspect the entire circumference before closure. During maintenance, examine it under suitable lighting for cuts or trapped particles. Compare any damage with the corresponding hardware feature before replacement. Correct a local edge or support problem rather than selecting a larger clear ring to compensate for geometry the original joint no longer controls correctly.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The section and installed diameter determine its contact, while the selected formulation determines suitability for the actual medium and temperature. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
