A silicone button rubber keypad brings the visible controls and their hidden support geometry into one custom molded component. The top faces should suit finger access and marking, while the underside must match the selected switching arrangement. Both surfaces need to be developed around the enclosure that holds the keypad.
Start with the full key group in its assembled position. Each button requires a clear path of movement, and the sheet around it should remain seated without tension. An internal rib or fastener must not press an unintended region and change a key's resting position. Check the entire layout after the housing is fastened.
Printed, embossed, debossed, and color-filled legends are available options for identifying commands. Keep those details within the visible key surfaces and aligned with the actual functions. Size and color can be customized for the product. During maintenance, preserve the locating orientation and clean the underside before refitting, then verify independent movement and free return across the group.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
