Custom silicone single key buttons with a silk-printed logo combine a molded operating surface with a defined graphic. The logo should sit within the usable key area and remain correctly oriented when the button is assembled, so artwork positioning and locating geometry need to be coordinated.
Evaluate the printed result on the actual key shape. Curvature and edge rounding can change the apparent spacing of a logo compared with a flat artwork view. The selected ink and material should suit the intended contact and cleaning conditions rather than being chosen only for initial appearance.
Fit the button with its designated underside aligned to the switch arrangement and check movement after the enclosure is secured. The printed surface should remain clear of rubbing against the bezel. During service, inspect both graphic wear and the flexible key edge. Keep the artwork version linked to the physical button configuration so replacement production does not combine a familiar logo with an underside intended for another control.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
