Custom silicone keypads provide molded pressing surfaces for a defined control arrangement. The button shape, spacing, and supporting sheet should fit the mechanical layout and the underlying operating elements. Color and printed, raised, recessed, or colorfilled legends can identify the assigned functions.
Consider how the user's press moves through the assembled control. The housing should locate the rubber without trapping the moving section, and the supporting parts should keep each button aligned. A change in the enclosure or backing can alter the installed feel even when the molded key shape is unchanged. Assess the completed panel with its actual fastening arrangement.
Check the accessible edges of buttons and the transitions between neighboring controls. Each key should return freely without the sheet shifting or another button being dragged along. Select the silicone formulation for the handling and cleaning conditions around the panel. Keep the underside clean during assembly and avoid stretching the keypad to overcome a dimensional mismatch. Replacement should preserve the complete support and operating geometry rather than only the front appearance.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
