A silicone rubber keypad with PU coating has a surface finish applied over the molded key structure. The coating and underlying silicone should be selected as a combination because the finished touch differs from that of an uncoated sample. Custom dimensions and colors allow the keypad to be developed for an OEM control.
Review the coating on the actual key shape. Curved tops, narrow edges and recessed areas influence how the finish is seen and touched. The coating should work with the legends and the intended cleaning routine without interfering with the key's free movement through the housing.
The conductive underside remains a separate functional interface. Keep finishing residue and other contamination away from the contact area during assembly. Check the complete keypad after it is seated against its board and front panel, including presses close to key edges.
Evaluate the finished surface through the handling conditions expected for the product. Inspect heavily used keys for changes in appearance, feel and readability rather than assuming the coating alone defines a fixed service life. During cleaning, avoid abrasives or unverified solvents that could affect the PU layer. A replacement should use the intended coating, silicone and geometry together so the control response and surface finish remain consistent with the original design.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
