A custom silicone push button rubber keypad combines individual pressing areas with a supporting molded sheet. The sheet outline and locating features should fit the product housing so each button stays aligned with its underlying switch. Size, color, and hardness can be selected for the intended control layout.
Evaluate the supporting area as carefully as the visible key. If the sheet can slide, a press may move the whole component instead of directing movement toward the switch. If the housing traps the rubber too tightly, keys may feel different after assembly than they do as loose samples. Fit the keypad in the intended orientation and secure the enclosure before checking operation.
Include presses at accessible edges and transitions between neighboring controls. Each moving section should clear the bezel and return to its starting position. Keep the underside free from assembly residue and avoid stretching the sheet to compensate for a mismatch in the housing. Cleaning the exposed face should remove dirt around the keys without damaging the flexible sections that allow them to move.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
