Silicone chair leg caps extend around the ends of chair legs to provide fitted rubber coverings. Custom cavity dimensions control engagement with the leg, while sleeve height and color determine how much of the fitting is visible. The bottom profile can be developed alongside the chair's intended contact position.
A longer sidewall covers more of the leg but also encounters more of its geometry. Check for taper, weld seams or changes in section along the full covered length. These features may cause a sleeve to bulge or stop before the leg reaches the intended internal seat. Avoid pulling only on a thin lip during installation; distribute the effort around the body so the mouth remains straight.
Inspect the fitted sleeve from the side as well as underneath. Its upper edge should sit as intended without rolling, and the base should contact the floor in the normal chair position. Clean around the junction where the sleeve meets the leg, and inspect for trapped dirt when removing the fitting for furniture maintenance.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Custom cavity dimensions control engagement with the leg, while sleeve height and color determine how much of the fitting is visible. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
