Large silicone rubber bellows for a spring related assembly should be developed around the spring's complete working envelope. The cover needs space for its own folds as well as clearance to the moving components inside. A bellows that fits around the spring at rest may contact it during compression or lateral movement.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can match the installation. Define the smallest and largest distances between the end seats and any change in alignment. The bellows should remain a flexible cover rather than act as an unintended travel stop.
Evaluate movement slowly through the intended range before representative operation. Watch for folds entering gaps between nearby components or rubbing against the spring. End retention should remain stable as the central section changes shape. Any waterproofing requirement needs assessment of the complete cover and both attachment interfaces under the expected exposure.
During maintenance, inspect folds for repeated abrasion marks and check the end seats for lifting. If a tear recurs in one area, investigate the spring and cover clearances at the corresponding movement position. Adding length alone may worsen crowding when the assembly is compressed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
