A custom mechanical keypad brings printed identification and a moving button surface into one electronic interface. The layout should place each label within the area that remains visible and usable through the housing. The printed design and the key geometry need to be reviewed together rather than approved as unrelated details.
Check how a finger reaches each control in the assembled unit. A label near the edge may be hidden by the bezel or the finger before the intended action is clear. Leave space between neighboring keys so the operating sequence can be followed without accidental overlap. The underside must also correspond to the chosen switching arrangement. During a prototype trial, confirm that each printed function produces the intended input and releases fully afterward. During service, avoid placing the keypad face against rough hardware that can scratch the markings. Refit the molded part in its locating features before closing the enclosure, and correct a sticking key's clearance rather than trimming a printed edge to make it move.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
