Flat round black rubber panel plugs can close circular openings while keeping a restrained exterior appearance. The custom body should match the hole and panel thickness, with the upper profile suited to the surrounding surface. A flat visible face does not identify how the plug is retained behind or within the panel.
Check that the locating region reaches its intended position around the hole. A panel that is thicker or thinner than the profile expects can leave the plug loose or partly folded. Inspect the accessible perimeter after insertion and ensure the body clears any component behind the panel.
Select the finished rubber for the local environment and cleaning method. Before fitting, remove burrs that could cut the edge as it passes through the hole. If removal is required, use the intended accessible region rather than puncturing the flat center. Examine both the visible face and hidden retention area before reuse. An apparently neat exterior should not conceal a damaged section responsible for keeping the plug seated.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
