A molded plug grommet for hole closure combines a body that occupies the opening with a profile that keeps it located. The retention method should be selected for the actual panel and material construction, rather than relying on the visible head to cover a poorly matched cutout.
ETOL can customize size, material, hardness and color. Define the opening outline, thickness and available access behind it. A flexible rubber profile and a firmer plastic construction may require different assembly clearances even if their finished faces look similar.
Check the prepared hole before insertion and keep loose fragments away from the retaining region. Seat the part in its intended direction and inspect the far side where accessible. If the head remains uneven, investigate a caught lip or mismatched thickness instead of pressing harder through the center. During removal, release the retained feature without cutting into the panel edge. Inspect that feature before reuse, since a damaged hidden section can leave the face looking complete while the closure no longer holds as intended.
