Match the attachment and installation method
A custom screw rubber foot provides a mechanical attachment beneath equipment while presenting a rubber contact surface to the support below. The screw arrangement should secure the foot at its intended seat. The final stand-off then depends on the molded body and its installed position.
Match the fastener to the receiving structure and check the usable engagement after any mounting hardware is included. The connection should secure without pulling the rubber into an unintended shape. Confirm that no metal part protrudes into the working contact area beneath the foot. The equipment should rest on the planned rubber surfaces with normal contents and connections fitted.
Size, color, and compound can be customized for the application. During service, inspect the screw connection as well as the lower face. A loose fixing can make the equipment unstable even if the rubber has not worn significantly. Replace with the specified complete configuration, keeping the attachment details and installed height consistent across the support set.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The connection should secure without pulling the rubber into an unintended shape. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a connection type, then compare body dimensions and metric threads. D, H and L are in millimeters; H excludes projecting studs. The M designation identifies the metric thread.
