Screw on rubber feet attach to a supporting leg through a fastening arrangement rather than relying only on a slip fit. The molded rubber forms the contact with the floor, while the fixing point keeps the foot located on the chair or other intended support. Custom sizing can match the mounting area and the required base shape.
Check the screw dimensions and the receiving feature together. The fastening length must suit the leg without protruding through the contact surface or bottoming out before the foot is secured. Tightening should retain the part without distorting the rubber enough to change how it meets the floor.
Inspect the assembled support for level contact and movement at the fixing. Keep the underside clean so trapped grit does not damage the floor. For any mobility-aid use, the foot must be the correct component for that specific aid and its intended loading; a chair-foot fit alone does not establish suitability. Recheck the fastening during routine maintenance and replace the rubber if wear exposes the fixing or hard support beneath it.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The molded rubber forms the contact with the floor, while the fixing point keeps the foot located on the chair or other intended support. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
