Match the attachment and installation method
Custom silicone gaskets for soda equipment need to match the exact connection in which they operate. The section, opening, and outside boundary should follow the mating parts, while the formulation should suit the beverage and cleaning conditions. A component intended for one connection may differ substantially from a visually similar ring elsewhere in the system.
Check the joint geometry and the closing arrangement before selecting a replacement. The gasket should remain supported around the contact path and should not project into an unintended gap. Any pressure-related requirements belong to the completed system and its specified connection, not to the silicone name alone.
During care, follow the equipment's intended process for making the joint accessible and cleaning it. Remove residue from the seat as well as from the gasket itself. Fit the ring evenly and verify its position before closing the connection. Inspect for tears or persistent deformation during servicing. Use a replacement with the correct formulation and dimensions, preserving the intended interface rather than tightening a mismatched gasket harder in an attempt to improve the fit.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
