Silicone rubber flat gaskets provide a defined thickness of compliant material between matching industrial faces. Their outline should leave the intended flow or access opening clear while covering the contact area around it. The full mating geometry matters more than the gasket's outside size alone.
Check the receiving surfaces and fastening arrangement for even support. A flat gasket should not bridge an excessive gap or compensate for a distorted cover through uncontrolled squeeze. The selected silicone formulation must suit the actual medium, temperature and cleaning exposure.
Evaluate water-sealing or other closure requirements with the complete assembly rather than assuming a rating from the material. During fitting, keep the gasket flat and free of particles, and inspect any narrow sections before the joint is closed. During maintenance, replace torn or permanently distorted parts with the intended thickness and outline. A visibly similar gasket can change the contact conditions if its inner opening or compressed section differs from the original design.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
