Match the attachment and installation method
A square silicone grommet protects a cable opening with a custom molded profile. The corner geometry must follow the cutout so the retained edge sits evenly around all four sides. Matching only the distance across the opening can leave the rubber stretched at a corner or loose along a straight region.
Check the local wall thickness and any corner radius before selecting the liner. The central cable passage should remain suitable once the outer shape is seated. Custom dimensions, material and color can be developed for the actual panel. Install without pulling one corner to make the opposite side reach its seat, and inspect each retained edge before routing the cable. After the cable is secured, look for a flange lifted by a tight bend. During maintenance, examine the corners for cuts or permanent creases, since those can be hidden while the liner remains in place. Correct rough cutout features before fitting another grommet with the same square outline.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The corner geometry must follow the cutout so the retained edge sits evenly around all four sides. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
